Order Cancellation

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange

We offer Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Once the return request is approved:

Exchange: The exchanged product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Refund: The refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days.

Refund Mode (Mandatory Requirement Added)

All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

The refund amount will be credited back to the same source account (UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Products

For damaged or defective products, we offer a full refund or replacement.

Customers must report the issue within 10 days of delivery to be eligible.
