Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel, return, or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through our Platform.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.

  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange

  • We offer Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Once the return request is approved:

    • Exchange: The exchanged product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

    • Refund: The refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days.

Refund Mode (Mandatory Requirement Added)

  • All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the same source account (UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Products

  • For damaged or defective products, we offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Customers must report the issue within 10 days of delivery to be eligible.
